Split Current Transformer Cores(epoxy coated)
The offered cores are made of 0.27mm and 0.23mm silicon steel of superior quality. Advanced cold rolled processing technique is adopted to minimize energy loss. These cores can support passing of high magnetic flux via magnetic field.
Advanced vacuum heat treatment technology is followed to obtain their precise shape. Made by using winding machine with high automation degree, these transformer cores can be shaped in Uu type, UI type and toroidal type design options with lopsided direction. Precise diameter is one of their key attributes.
These types of cores are suitable for off/on current transformers that are used for verification of electrical storage and supplying capacity. Generally, round hole or square hole versions of these cores are preferred by customers.
